Essential Body LanguageThe workshop is designed to improve the personal skills of sales people, to sensitise them to the subtle signals of body language, and to make them more confident and effective communicators. It includes five exercises and one group discussion. The topics covered include:

Communication SkillsThis advanced workshop focuses on the communication skills that form the basis of successful sales. It covers all the crucial phases of selling – from preparing to meet the client all the way through to closing the deal and taking leave of the client. It includes seven exercises.
